By registering with Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. or any of its associated domains or companies you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the terms, conditions, rules and regulations stated below and anywhere else within this website without reserve or modification.

You certify that all of the information you have provided to Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. on your registration is genuine, truthful and accurate and you undertake to update and maintain the accuracy of these registration details.

YOUR BID IS YOUR CONTRACT.

Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. will autobill the credit card provided by the user following each auction unless the user changes payment settings in their account (autobill must be turned off). You can pay for your items online with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover using Elavon secure payments. You can also pay for your items at time of pickup. We accept Interac, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover (We are not accepting cash during the Covid-19 Pandemic). All items purchased by the user online must be paid in full within (3) business days of auction completion, failure to do so could result in having their privileges revoked and registration cancelled.

All items must be removed from our premises within 14 days of the sale completion (subject to change post Covid-19 pandemic). Any items that have not been removed from our premises within the timeframe will be treated in the following manner:

Items that are able to be shipped, will be shipped to the member using the pricing and protocols of our shipping department as disclosed (https://marinerauctions.com/shipping) and expenses will be charged to the member’s card on file.
If the item is not shippable, the item will be removed from your account and made available for sale on our site again. You will be charged a restocking fee of 10% (minimum $15) of the sale price of the item(s) not shipping, plus taxes. If your account is deactivated for non-payment of restocking fees, we will not be able to reactivate your account until all monies owing are paid in full.
If the above-mentioned items are not shippable or declined for shipping, and they sold for $15 or less, they will be re-sold on the house’s account with no refund to the original buyer.

Please note that we are unable to separate or combine invoices. Payment and pickup times will be based on the date of the oldest item purchased.

Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. offers a 14 day warranty on defective items or not as described that are NOT being sold “AS IS”. “AS IS” items are sold without warranty. The item’s description is nothing more than a general opinion of the item and is not intended as an official appraisal of value or functionality based totally on the visual appearance of the item. Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. does not warrant that products descriptions or other contents of our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free. If a product offered by Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in its original condition. If such an instance occurs, you must contact customerservice@marinerauctions.com within 14 days of receipt of the item in order to obtain approval for a return/exchange. We will not consider returns on items that are assembled, used or missing the packaging the item(s) were sold with including auction stickers and barcodes. Contact us at customerservice@marinerauctions.com if you have issues prior to assembling. This does not include or extend to damage caused by or during the shipping process.

Any items/auctions that are subject to additional terms and conditions will be disclosed by Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. in a timely and upfront manner and will be enforced accordingly. An example of this would be an off-site auction where all items would need to be removed under shorter time restrictions – this shorter time restriction would be disclosed by us ahead of time and would take precedent over standard pick up times disclosed earlier.

Malicious, false and non-paying buyers / bidders will have their privileges revoked and registration cancelled. You must be at least 18 years old to register or use any Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. service. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

All content included on this site such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software is the property of MarinerAuctions.com or its contents suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Most items listed and sold by MarinerAuctions.com are from large online retailers, shipping and courier companies. Pickup/Removal Information

 

We have made changes to our item pickup process in order to help protect our staff and customers.

 

In response to the COVID-19 Virus, Mariner Auctions will be accommodating pickup on a scheduled basis only. Please do not visit our facility unless you have an appointment.

 

We will be offering a contactless pickup only. Please park in the designated parking area, stay in your car and one of our staff members will leave your purchases by your car for you. 

 

Please stay at least 2 metres away from our employees.

 

If you show up without an appointment or do not show up at the scheduled time provided, you will be asked to leave and re-schedule (no exceptions).

Shipping Information (Auction Purchases)

 

We offer shipping as convenience through Canada Post for Auction Purchases. We can only ship small packages. We cannot ship large packages or furniture. 

 

We charge Canada Post rates plus a handling fee which includes packaging your purchases. Although we try our best we cannot guarantee that all of your items will ship as one package.

 

We typically ship items within (3) days, although it may take up to (7) days before your package ships.

 

Although we try our best to package the items so that they arrive safely, we cannot be responsible for items damaged during shipping. If you request to have your items shipped it is your understanding that any items damaged in transit by Canada Post will not be reimbursed.

 

We will ship items to the address provided on your account file unless otherwise instructed to do so. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to the credit card on file. 

 

Once your order has been processed for shipping you will be able to log into your account and view the tracking information on your invoice.
