Barker Auctions Limited has been commisioned the contents of a large former call centre. This auction will feature a large assortment of Office Desks, Cubicles, File Cabinets, Chairs and Whiteboards. The Location of this auction is at 155 Chain Lake Drive Unit 19 in the Bayers Lake Industrial Park.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

• All items are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis.
• Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
• Full payment must be made within three (3) days of the auction closing.
• All items must be collected within the timeframes specified under the Removal Times section.
• Failure to remove purchased items by the specified dates will result in forfeiture of the items by the buyer. No refunds will be issued for forfeited items.
• There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to the Hammer Price + HST for All Purchases.

Ensure you can commit to the pickup schedule before placing a bid. Our staff is not responsible for moving or disassembling purchases. Buyers must bring their own assistance and tools for removal. A moving company will be available on-site for deliveries within HRM. All items must be picked up by 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 31, 2024.
