Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Refunds accepted at seller’s discretion up to 14 days after item is picked up/delivered
Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Full payment must be made within three (3) days of the auction closing.
All items must be collected within the timeframes specified under the Removal Times section.
Failure to remove purchased items by the specified dates will result in forfeiture of the items by the buyer. No refunds will be issued for forfeited items.
There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to the Hammer Price + HST for all purchases.

Shipping: Shipping is available via Canada Post at buyers expense. Please request shipping by (insert date)

Please be aware that pickup times are fixed and non-negotiable. Items not collected within the specified pickup window will be forfeited, and a disposal fee will be charged to your account. Ensure you can commit to the pickup schedule before placing a bid. Our staff is not responsible for loading or disassembling purchases. Buyers must bring their own assistance and tools for removal. All items must be picked up by 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 29, 2024.
