By registering with Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. or any of its associated domains or companies you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the terms, conditions, rules and regulations stated below and anywhere else within this website without reserve or modification.

You certify that all the information you have provided to Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. on your registration is genuine, truthful and accurate and you undertake to update and maintain the accuracy of these registration details.

YOUR BID IS YOUR CONTRACT.

Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. will auto bill the credit card provided by the user following each auction unless the user changes payment settings in their account (auto bill must be turned off). You can pay for your items online with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover using Elavon secure payments. You can also pay for your items at time of pickup. We accept Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit & Cash. All items purchased by the user online must be paid in full within (3) business days of auction completion. Failure to do so could result in having their privileges revoked and registration cancelled.

All items must be removed from our premises within 7 days of the sale completion. Any items not retrieved within 14 days will be considered abandoned and Mariner Auctions reserves the right to re-sell the items on another auction. Any items that have not been removed from our premises within the allotted timeframe will be treated in the following manner:

Items that are able to be shipped, will be shipped to the member using the pricing and protocols of our shipping department as disclosed (https://marinerauctions.com/shipping) and expenses will be charged to the member’s card on file.
If we are not able to ship the item it will be removed from your account and made available for sale on our site again. You will be charged a restocking fee of 20% or $15.00, whichever is greater, plus taxes. If the above-mentioned items are not shippable or declined for shipping, and they sold for $15 or less, they will be re-sold on the house’s account with no refund to the original buyer. If your account is deactivated for non-payment of restocking fees, we will not be able to reactivate your account until all monies owing are paid in full.

Please note that we are unable to separate or combine invoices. Payment and pickup times will be based on the date of the oldest item purchased.

Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. offers a 14-day warranty from the date of auction on defective items or items not as described that are NOT being sold “AS IS”. “AS IS” items are sold without warranty and will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. The item’s description is nothing more than a general opinion of the item and is not intended as an official appraisal of value or functionality based totally on the visual appearance of the item. Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. does not warrant that products descriptions or other contents of our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free. If a product offered by Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in its original condition. If such an instance occurs, you must contact customerservice@marinerauctions.com within 14 days of the date of the auction in order to obtain approval for a return/exchange. We will not consider returns on items that are assembled, used, missing the packaging the item(s) were sold with, including auction stickers and barcodes, or items that are passed the 14-day warranty period. Mariner Auctions reserves the right to refuse any items for returns as we see fit.

Mariner Auctions offers shipping on your orders for an additional fee. Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged during shipment and will not issue a refund for same.
Any items/auctions that are subject to additional terms and conditions will be disclosed by Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. in a timely and upfront manner and will be enforced accordingly. An example of this would be an off-site auction where all items would need to be removed under shorter time restrictions – this shorter time restriction would be disclosed by us ahead of time and would take precedent over standard pick up times disclosed earlier.
Malicious, false and non-paying buyers / bidders will have their privileges revoked and registration cancelled. You must be at least 18 years old to register or use any Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. service. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.
All content included on this site such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software is the property of MarinerAuctions.com or its contents suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of MarinerAuctions.com with copyright authorship for this collection by MarinerAuctions.com and protected by international copyright laws.

Most items listed and sold by MarinerAuctions.com are from large online retailers, shipping and courier companies. However, they can be the result or consignments of private and governmental agencies and institutions which have legal right to commit to sell these items. These items could be considered as recovered, abandoned, refused, undeliverable, seized, forfeited, or as found, and should be considered “used” unless otherwise noted. MarinerAuctions.com is not privy to the specifics of any items committed to sale and will not release any information or item if contacted. MarinerAuctions.com will not respond to inquiries or claims from any individual or company. All items committed to sale have been subject to due diligence either by the seller or a known third party and are legally held and committed to sale under various federal and provincial regulation and legislation. All items sold by Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. are subject to tax legislation pursuant to tax laws of Nova Scotia and other Canadian provinces. All taxable items picked up at our Dartmouth warehouse will be charged HST. All taxable items that are shipped to the customer will be charged taxes according to their destination as per provincial and federal tax laws. We try our very best to accurately describe and present each item with a description and clear pictures, however we cannot provide the type of information a buyer might expect from a manufacturer or retail website. The description provided is a general overview and should not be considered thorough. Do not assume any information or functionality based solely on the brief description and pictures provided. It is the bidders / buyer’s obligation to ensure that the item is appropriate and suitable for its’ intended or manufactured use. Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. is an unauthorized reseller of goods. Items sold at Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. are not covered by any manufacturer’s warranties. Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. and their associated companies are not responsible for any deficiencies or faults of any type regardless of the circumstances. It is the bidder / buyers’ sole responsibility to ensure that item is free from faults, defects, recall, or any other hazard or revocation as provided in the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) regardless of statements or claims that are made directly or indirectly by the seller.

These terms and conditions which govern your visit to MarinerAuctions.com may be changed by us along with the content of this site at any time. If any of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable that term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, refuse, disqualify, or delete any auction, bid, bidder, buyer or registrant at any time with or without cause.

Due the nature of web apps and technology Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. reserves the right to pause, cancel or restart the bidding of any auction if our system is experiencing errors or connectivity issues.
