Please note that by agreeing to our terms and conditions of this auction sale, you are aware of the following:

• All items are SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS unless otherwise stated in the item description.

• All credit cards are automatically charged following the auction sale. If you wish to pay in person please email info@marinerauctions.com stating your request before the auction closes.

• All invoices must be paid in full within (3) days of the auction completion date.

• Any invoices not paid in full within (3) days of the auction completion date will lead to account suspension or deletion.

• All items must be removed from our location within (7) days.

• Any items not removed within (7) days will become the property of Mariner Auctions & Liquidations Ltd. with no refunds or credits issued to the buyer.
